I know this is an easy question but I am feeling rather clueless: Have two Ishapores, one in 303 and the other in 7.62x51. The bolt on the 303 is the quintessential Enfield smooth, but the 2A1 feels like it is dragging specially when a round is on it. Where should I start?

Remove the ejector screw, see if that fixes it.

Update: I think what happened is the light oil that put on it decided to migrate somewhere else: after removing the ejector screw, I found it was still dragging specially when pulling bolt back.

However, I grabbed my can of synthetic wheel bearing grease (Mobil 1), rubbed it lightly on th ebolt and left side of the bolt channel and it now moves rather nicely... until it is time to lock the handle. It feels clunky as either the spring is stiffer compared to the 303 (which might have a worn out one) or I am not starting pulling it down at the right point. I do not know how to describe that. Otherwise, it feels nice now.
