Im looking to load some cast 115grn boolits using 5gns of Bullseye just for some 100 yard plinking, can someone point me in the right direction for a COL measurement ? The guy who supplied the boolits said he just seats them to the crimping ring .... to shoot thru a 1945 No 4 T

Pretty much if it fits the magazine it's good to go. I'd seat them to just cover the front lube groove. Even seat to cover the first lube groove if it has two and leave one exposed. But them both ways and see what works. You want to get as close to the leade as possible, more to minimise the throat clearance than to minimise the jump I would say. 76.5mm is about as long as the magazine can take and that's what I aim for. You won't get anywhere near that with a 115gr bullet. What is the diameter of those bullets? You really need .314 to .318 depending on your rifle's throat size. But what ever you do, try them and see.

Thanks 303 Guy , Iv measured a few of the 200 Iv got and they are averaging .314 so will seat them to the first lube groove and give them a try
