Hey Guys
I know been a while since I have posted anything been super busy/deployed. But Spring bear is upon us and I have been wondering about loading up some Hornady 150gn Interlocks or Barnes TSX 150's. Wondering if any of yo have loaded them and what kind of results you have gotten. Are they worth the extra cash in an Enfield????
I have had great success with my Sierra Prohunter's/Gameking's and reasonable paper killing/milk jugs shredding results with the speers Hot-Cor spitz. But the reloader in me would like to try something new. The Hornady's are easier obtain then the Barnes, but if someone has had good experiences with either I may load some up for Bear.
Thanks in advance

The Hornady #3120 150 Gr SP (interlock) have been good for me.
I run them at about 2450FPS & they group tight & have very light recoil. I also had good luck with the Hornady 174GR FMJBTs in my Faz, but that may be due to the tight bore as they are theoretically undersized at .3105, not .311. |

Thanks Shamu you mind sharing the load data on the interlocks. Since I can't hunt with FMJ I probably won't pick any of those up until the summer, unless there is a deal I can't refuse. I was going to ask you on your Match Ammo post. But I had already wrote this one, I figured you post a reply for me.

I like the performance of 3031 just fine.
The measuring in my Dillon measure could be about 2,000% better though. I actually swap out the measure for an old (gray colored, not orange) Lyman 55 measure just because it handles those looooong grains so much better. |

Thanks Shamu, I am partial to 3031 and 4064 in mine. My Lee measure seems fine with the longer grains
