Preferably don't replace the bolt as you would lose the even bearing of both lugs. Failing to find a suitable replacement bolt head it is possible to shim the bolt face. The shim gets soldered on. I have not done this but have chatted to folks who have (via the internet forums). For case life when reloading, it is advised to to head-spacing on the shoulder. That's for case life, not to 'fix' the head-space problem.
If you do find a replacement bolt with a longer bolt head, swap the heads. Do check that the extractors are the same. If not, get a gunsmith to transfer the original extractor - assuming it's the correct one for the barrel.
