WHEN YOU LEFT CLICK ON EACH PICTURE, HOLD IT AND DRAG YOUR

MOUSE GENTLY FROM LEFT TO RIGHT ON THE ORIGINAL PHOTOS AND IT
WILL BECOME THE EXACT SAME LOCATION TODAY -- 70 YEARS LATER.

DRAG IT BACK OVER AND YOU ARE IN 1944 AGAIN.  (You need to do this with your mouse or your finger if your device is an IPad.)

A DESCRIPTION OF EACH LOCATION IS AT THE BOTTOM OF EACH PICTURE.

When I was in Germany, The castle in Auschaffenburg is riddle with bullet pock marks !!! and once while in Hoenfels for Field training excercises , I was standing with the 1st Sgt and a couple of others and as we were talking I thought I was just kicking a rock that was half buried !! When I finaly rolled it out the ground it ended up being a live round that did not detonate during WWII !!!! LOL!!!We taped it off and called EOD in to take care of it!!!
