This morning, Veteran's Day, on my way to work I stopped at a nearby convenience store. As I was waiting in line a lady was paying for her items and after the transaction she handed the clerk some money and told him to pay for any veterans breakfast purchases until it was gone. Turned out that she handed over $200. That is the first time I have ever witnessed something like that and I have to say it was an amazing thing to see.

Got to like those random acts of kindness, it does indeed help restore one's faith in the human race!
