Need a little help here.
Looking for a couple screws for a Webley "Senior" model pellet pistol (in .177)
Its quite old. My hunting bud used to use it back in 1955.
Has a patent date of 1925.
Anyway, does anyone have any info or contacts with this stuff?

Have you been able to identify the thread? Are the screws missing or just damaged?
finding original bits will be dificult I expect but I'm sure you could find something suitable if we know what you are looking for. Any chance of some photos?

A company called Chambers Gunmakers in the UK are Webley specialists, have a look at their website. I googled "Webley Senior parts" and they were first hit!

I think the older Weblys used Whitworth threads? Not sure of the new ones.

IIRC the screw indicated by the pen is just a lock screw for the shaft around which the barrel rotates to cock & the other thing, that grabs the piston & cocks it is called the "Shoe". It slides in a slot cut along the top of the tube.

Oh yes.Evil Smile

There were No1's & No3's (I don't remember a No2).
Then there were Juniors (.177 only ?)
Seniors (In .177 & .22)
& Premiers (in .22 only?)
As time passed there were other newer "Mo' better" ones like "Hurricanes", "Tempests" & "Typhoons" (I think both in .177 & .22).

I remember really nice blued steel Seniors in .22 I used as a "Coup De Grace" second shot for water rats (Carried cross draw in a .38 Webly holster) That I had for years.

Now they're painted alloy, but there's still that same basic barrel over piston "U" shaped configuration.

Here's my current "If I Don't own a Webley they'll take my Brit passport away" one. A nice, minty in box Hurricane in .177.

They are made in Turkey now. Nice looking air pistols, I like them. Might order one in .177 cal. after Christmas.

They're not available from anyone I know of currently as new. The new Weblys are break action I think.
Maybe google can find you a Hurricane  or Tempest though.
