Was having beers at buddies garage last Sunday. He brings out some handguns he inherited from Gramps. One caught my eye. We looked it up. It's a Webley Scott 22 LR single shot target pistol. It has the place to mount a butt stock. Nice checkering! Pretty cool!

They're nowhere as well made sadly.
Blued steel is gone, now its black-painted alloy.
Some internal improvements though the old oiled leather washer is replaced by a modern synthetic one for example. But the barrel is GLUED to the front mount/pivot!
I think Webly reached their peak in the late 60's with the Premier & Senior.

i shall remain happy with my vintage piece then ,im not really into airguns although i like them mechanicaly , i think ive found my last niche in the 22s i collect and at this point in life have most of what i once coveted as a child , i now ned to instill that ;love in my grandkids so all my efforts dont end on an auction block -- or worse
