I just ordered one of these aim correctors today. Has anyone tried using one before? It was used by instructors for training recruits. It is marked C No1 Mk2 dated 1940.

The instructor looks in from the side & the 45 prism lets him see your sight alignment. Then he can coach you on any changes needed. Neat little gizmo.
This is a No4 one in use the No1 you have clips round the forend/handguard & the instructor is moved as needed.
