577-450 Martini, Mark VI 303, 280 Enfield for the P-13, MK VII 303, 4.85 mm, 7mm/280 for the EM-1 and lastly the 5.56x45 a round I became farmiliar with in my youth. I may be wrong about the EM-1 round I thought it was shorter

I think the one you listed as the 7mm/280 is a 7.62 NATO.

cartridge identification - A short history of British Military cartridges:
left early coiled 577/450, 303 Mark II K C, 276 Enfield R^L, 303 Mark VII B 16, 4,85x49mm 7,62mm CAC 60 L2A2 N (New Zealand) and 5,56mm GB 89 B (not British). The 280 Ross case is about 1/4 inch longer than the 276 You guys know your cartridges |
