Gday All
Just wanted to see if anyone (especially Aussie members) have any experience with the above NDNT mount. They are from Aussie company Artic Fox that make optics for modern sporting rifles. Any feed back welcome.(sorry I'm a bit computer illiterate and don't know how to copy links on this not so smart phone but Google the title and you should find it) Thanks in advance

I don't have one but it looks to be a copy of the ATI mount. Appears to be secured to the receiver in the same way. I have an ATI mount but still haven't used it. Some people say the ATI mount is OK while others say they come loose and won't hold zero. I was planing to use my ATI mount with light cast loads. I'm hoping it will stay put with the lighter recoil. I'll get around to trying it one day. When it's all said and done, I think the only sure way to mount a scope is to drill and tap but I can't bring myself to do that to any of my rifles. Perhaps I'll buy a sporter one day that's already got a scope mounted. My eyes and open sights aren't what they used to be.

You might want to check out Addley Precision mounts. They are Canadian but ship worldwide. I have several of them and can say with confidence they are rock solid and very easy to install and remove. One screw replaces the ejector screw, the other is a small bolt that utilizes the two holes that hold the rear site. Maybe they have a dealer in Australia?

BJ 72- yep I've heard conflicting info on the rails but like you I could never drill holes in my three oh but need a scope option as my eyes and opens don't mix so well anymore π€£πΊ Honkytonk - thanks for the tip will check them out ππΊ Shamu- thanks for posting the link πΊ I use the SMLE for hunting pigs and the odd scrubber in fairly thick country so don't need a huge scope just a four X would be plenty to give the eyes a bit of help....ain't getting older wonderful π€£π€£π€£πΊπΊ Thanks guys for

Is that mug of beer behind the thumbs up perhaps a Fosters? Canadian military back in those days always had, shall we say, and I'm sure it was mutual, a grudging respect for each other... bleed together on the battlefield, then once behind the lines, drink a few frothys together, think nothing of bunging up a blue and leaving even more casualties! Of course the Canucks would call it a brewhaha after a few beers! God Save the Queen!

Definitely NOT a Foster's no self respecting working class Aussie would touch it.. maybe a nice cold VB or Great Northern Yeah the diggers were not shy about sharing a drink and a blue either kept the blood hot and the "skills" sharp
