I have purchased new bolt parts and the bolt head doesn't clock far enough for the bolt body that I had purchased.  Is it possible to get a gunsmith to machine the bolt head to match up or do I need to buy a new bolt head all together?

If it’s not too far from aligning with the body lug rib, you can tighten/loosen the bold head onto the body repeatedly until it aligns. Usually doesn’t take much. In both times I’ve done this, the bold head was only a few degrees from aligning.
