   Take a look at this Gator that took up residents in my front pasture, My daughter took these Picts when she got home from School. 

As yall can see we have had a lot of rain lately.
Those are cross ties for the rail road at the bottom of the fence.

	Well we did think of shooting and eating him , but I'm trying to teach my Boy to follow the rules a bit. You need a tag to take one legaly and to get one you must either own 200 acres ofland or more or lease it. and you have to get the Game Bioligist to come make an assesment of the population and then issue said tags. You can also get public tags, which is like pulling hair off a frogs but. And also this fella looked kinda sick, you could see his ribs, so I opted for the legal way. and I dont need any trouble with the Game Warden again...

	Sounds like shootin' roos over here,the cocky (farmer) needs a department of lands assessment done on the number of roos' around and you get given drop tags for them. You are meant to shoot them and immediately tag the tail, then sadly leave the carcass to rot. If you are a pro shooter like dave, they have special harvesting licences, so they sell the carcases for meat and skins. Although if a cocky sees anything getting stuck into his crops, be it a pig, goat or roo it promptly gets shot.

	Well both baits have been taken but no Gator yet. I havent even seen him since the Picts were taken. But I did see a smaller one today when I went check the lines. he is about 2 feet long. which is normal for this area. the big ones dont usualy take up in an open pond. like mine in the front pasture/front yard.

	Gator is done for 8:00 pm tonight 3 shots to the head .22 LR point blank range , Gator Guy did the deed. he was 9 feet 7 inches had to go to the naighbors house to take pics, will put some up on forum when I get copies. Night Yall! Oh Yea! Gator Guy said he will bring me some meat when finished processing. MMMMMMMM! cant wait!

	Gee I just need to show you some pics of snow snakes. The ice box has it's own share of "pests." And don't get bitten by the state bird of Minn., You'll get West Nile from it..
