You might have to buy the different "bits" on line and assemble your own.
Always looking for military manuals, Dodge M37 items, books on Berlin Germany, old atlases ( before 1946) , military maps of Scotland. English and Canadian gun parts.

You may be right sir, Though I have looked into that, not much out there that I can find. Not here in Kanuckville anyway. Going to a gun show next Saturday, I might get lucky.

Hey,

Wish I could go with you to the show. I have not been to a Canadian gun shout in aboot twenty years.

I am doing to build a scabbard from bits. I have a naked P07 hooker in the corner.

I need a C1 FN bayonet but I will not pay than $50-60 USD. Canadian Bayonets here are hard to find in the Carolinas.

Is there anything you are looking for I can supply from the States?

Cheers,

Ed

Not looking for anything other than the scabbard, but I will keep an eye out for a C1 bayo and scabbard.Guaranteed it will be more than $50-60 USD the last inexpensive one I saw a few yrs back was $150cad. that`s around $115US.
If I happen upon one at the show for reasonable coin I`ll grab it and let you know. Couldn`t hurt to have one if you don`t want it.

Thanks!

Twenty years ago when I live in Connecticut I could make New Brunswick in a long day traveling by car.

Now that I live in North Carolina it is two days plus road trip.

Back in the sixties, yes I know I am old, I went to a gun show with my Father brother, Uncle Morris, and for my pocket full on US dollars, ones and fives, obtain my first Enfield /with bayonet. Morris might have helped. No paperwork, put in the trunk of the car and drove it home. No problem crossing the border.

How times have changed.

I would do a $100.00 USD for C1 FN. Not that I need one. Just want it, plus it is Canadian. What better reason.

Just strange like that, just ask Hoadie.

Alas no C1 bayonets at the show.
However, I scored some Canadian WWI badges, 20 metric marked 303 brass. The wife bought me a Henry Boker WWI compass for my up coming Bday and a Wilkenson No5 bayonet with scabbard(on the cheap).
Attendance and vendors were way down this year and this is a trend we`ve been noticing over the last few year.

Thanks for looking. The hunt goes on.

I am also looking for a P07 scabbard, a early one to cover the naked Hooker in the corner.

I was at a small local gun-show today.
One of the vendors had some MilSurp Bayonets, but only one for  Lee-Enfields, a shortened Indian one.
He has more at home & I gave him info so he's going to look & see what he has.

Canadian Arsenals, Long Branch C1 Bayonet/scabbard/frog 1959
This is for sale and a fairly good price, $395Cad
This is an example of a like new condition knife.
Most others I`ve found up here are in OK condition and about the same money. this is roughly $260US
