My derelict Ishapore 2A I restored and modified with a vintage period scout scope did not have a chrome lined barrel
The sporterized no 4 mk1 FZ I converted from 303 to 7.62x51 with  a like new Ishapore barrel from Numrich was chrome lined.  Numrich informed me the Ishapore 7.62x51 barrels they have had were a mix of chrome lined and not.
(Will forward photos as time allows)

Nor does mine but it's a real shooter though.  I added an Addley Precision no-gunsmithing scope mount for No. 1 Lee Enfields (needs some gunsmithing for a 2A though.) and mounted a vintage Redfield Widefield 13/4 X 5 on it.  I only shoot 7.62 NATO factory rounds or medium hand loads through it.
