sorry , no Carcano ' cause it is practically impossible to reload for "a decent shoot" There is no ( all around the world ) a production of bullets with the correct cal. - i know Hornady made something in the past but now impossible to find . Now , in the north Italy , someone yet utilize ( with excellents performances ) the bullets pulled from military ammo ( original ) found by metal detectors in the theatres ( alpines ) of the WWI fightings , and also ( previous washing ) the original solenite powder , but that is a very rare occurrence Someone utilize reduced charges under a lead bullet but for a rifle ....i dislike both CC |

The bullet situation for Enfields is not much better than that for Carcanos right now. My 1903a3 and M1917 are getting the most range time right now. |

Hi Bear 43 The Long Branch , a ex Italian Navy ( ...yes sirs ) 1948 service rifle - ...before to be in my hands , it fired only the arsenal test shots ! ( three ! ) ![]() ![]() ![]() What "we" ( it ....and me ) can do at 100 meters with "my" match load ![]() My ex Tsahal ( 1955 about ) 38 S&W with his 200 gr bullets ( mould from NEI ) ![]() ....really these two are the favorites of my weaponry regards CC
