My collection keeps growing. now i got a No.5 Mk.I Lee Enfield, with the famous Indian RFI bolt in the stock.

And i am also waiting for my skeletonized SMLE that i bought of an auction in australia. transport wil take a couple months.

Those both look nice. On the No 5, did you get an original bayonet or a reproduction?

the rifle came with an 1947 Poole bayonet.
that is a periodic correct bayonet.

I also have an BSA No.5 bayonet. but that one is not really good. some parts are loose and look like fitted parts of an L1A1 bayonet. (not sure).

im happy for you , it looks like your expanding all your options - too bad about that ishy screw but looks a complete rifle , my bayonet was also the 47 poole

I dont mind the Ishy screw. It is something special. I want to have a complete collection of as many lee enfields as possible. Including the ishy screw. I have an no4 and no.5 with ishy screw now. So i can place them in a corner of the roomLOL.

well i once saw this one. It was not for sale but i want to own it

This is an Lee Enfield used by the Dutch Army.

there was an obstruction in the barrel and the gun blew up
