My collection keeps growing. now i got a No.5 Mk.I Lee Enfield, with the famous Indian RFI bolt in the stock. And i am also waiting for my skeletonized SMLE that i bought of an auction in australia. transport wil take a couple months. |

Those both look nice. On the No 5, did you get an original bayonet or a reproduction?

the rifle came with an 1947 Poole bayonet.
that is a periodic correct bayonet. I also have an BSA No.5 bayonet. but that one is not really good. some parts are loose and look like fitted parts of an L1A1 bayonet. (not sure). |

I dont mind the Ishy screw. It is something special. I want to have a complete collection of as many lee enfields as possible. Including the ishy screw. I have an no4 and no.5 with ishy screw now. So i can place them in a corner of the room. |

Zed/Hoadie, Glad you find my photos interesting. Here are some more of the skeletonised SMLE. Unfortunately, a lot of my collection does not fit in here. |
