I have been working on making the Faux L8A5T as light as possible by using stamped metal parts. I also decided to enlarge the hole in the bolt handle, reduce the diameter of the stock bolt behind the threads, use a No5 sear, and remove some metal on the reciever similar to the No5. I currently have it weighing in at just under ten pounds with the oiler and pull through in the buttstock. This is my interpretation of what this rifle should be. It still balances on the King Screw too!...
