Did the cases shrink at all lengthwise?
I had a batch of undersized brass from the factory ammo a while back.
I had a couple of separations & the cases actually got shorter as it opened up to fit the chamber & so it pulled the case length down to create width it needed!
It didn't get to "minimum trim back to" length for 3 subsequent firings!
Censored

Went to the range this morning to re-evaluate the 7.62 Enfield.
55° with 0 windspeeds. My scope of choice is the Nikko Stirling Gold Crown 4-12×40. Using the new and unfired Starline brass it was intresting to note that after being fired, the cases had to expand almost .0010" to fill in the chamber space. Even with the rifle properly headspaced, I still had 1 case rupture. Regardless of that one hiccup, the rifle itself performed exceptionally and produced an averaged spread of 2.5" both laterally and horizontally at 200 yards so, I think I am good to go now...
