I was a sittin on the swing on the front porch. Suddenly I noticed the UPS truck coming down the street. "I have orders from my psychiatrist not to log onto Gunbroker for a month" I thought to myself. My heart raced. My leg stopped twitching. It stopped at my gate. The driver goes to the back. I cant stand the tension. Charly Mae my girl friend senses my delirium. The driver comes up to the gate with THE LONG BROWN BOX. I am in acute withdrawal. I need my fix.

"Sir" says my hero, "Is this the residence of Mr Chitterjee"

" No, thats the house next to mine" I croak.

Charly Mae calls 911.
You may take my Enfield. From this cold and lifeless hand.

Thats right. Charly Mae did CPR. Instead of the shining light, I saw a No1 Mk4 with an original scope and "T" marked on the reciever ring.Wink

If I ever get at least one Lee-Metford or Long Lee-Enfield Rifle in my lifetime...I'd be happy...LOL.
