I think C.E.Welstead were a small engineering company from Croydon and made rifle parts as a sub-contractor during WW2. |

There is a much more user friendly image hosting site called Imgur where there is an option when loading pictures to size for message boards. Which sure beats having to manually adjusting or posting gigantic or distorted pictures.
