Hi
I own a 2A1 jungle carbine (1967) and am interested in mounting a scope on it
nothing too fancy/expensive and preferably one that avoids drilling holes
can anybody suggest any websites/shops that offer what i need
I did see something on a US site gunaccessories.com but it appears they do not ship outside US
any assistance appreciated
regards
Andy

If its actually a "2A1 jungle carbine" then its already modified as no such thing existed in the military.
The good news is that you're free to do pretty much whatever you want at this point!

dittos what shamu  said above , i think there is a Bsquare mount for the 2A/2A1 and no 1 type rifles that is a NO D&T type , im not certain if there is a difference but your rifle is a 762x51 2A/2A1 version so be certain to look carefully and use that nomenclature to be certain you get the right one ,

SK makes one, I have one on a #1 mark3,needed to do minor surgury on the stock[aftermarket]for the ring that goes around the chamber area.it shot well, when I first installed it,think I need to lock tight it for the next trip. the kit comes with a extra wedge for the ishapores. nice folks very helpful...

You could try Valmont Firearms in the UK, they do quite a bit of stuff for Enfields. Check out their web site.
