Hello all

I’m new here and was wondering how many Enfields the rest of you have? Guess I’m just trying to see how bad I’ve got it. No smart comments from you 303carbine!!

Just picked up a nice all matching 2A1.

I just got one. A No.4 MkI sporterized. but I'm hoping to increase that number real soon.  Problem being No.4s are the only thing you can find in these parts.
I've seen the future and I don't like it.

#4Mk1  (Steve) is a good guy from around here locally, I am wondering why it took him so long to find another Enfield site !! He has lots of Enfields and is the local guy I talk to when I need some info. He is very knowledgeable and will be glad to answer any questions the members have. Steve would be a good candidate for moderator as he is an Enfield fanatic with a very good collection .............

Wow! High praise indeed. Thanks John.

I do have a few Enfields and would be more than happy to try and answer any questions brought to me. Keep in mind though I’m no expert by any means. Like the rest of you I’m just an enthusiastic collector.

Thanks also for the responses so far. Please keep them coming

Now for your viewing pleasure:

Alright, I'm up to 3 and have my eye on a few more.

1) US Savage
2) 52 Ishy
3) MK1 III - rebarreled to .410.

I haven't shot any of them yet and only been collecting for a few months. This is really addicting.

Warning Joe!!

When you get your chance to fire one of your rifles , your addiction will turn to full blown    "Enfielditius" .
