Found some repro slings on Ebay that are stamped 1913 and navy blue. I don't care if it is a repro, but is it historically accurate? Supposedly it was used by the Royal Navy.

They were supposedly issued by the Royal Navy.

The stamp on them should confirm. It was required to be marked by all suppliers.
Royal Navy should be "Navy Blue",  As Hoadie said WW1 was the RFC, & they had Khaki. It might be a later (post 1918) RAF issue but that was more of a Bluish-grey, a bit like the German "Feldgrau".
