The one I have is was manufactured at R.O.F. Fazakerley, Lancashire, England and Birmingham Nitro Proofed in 1954. Base receiver is a No.4 Mk.I. Then the Santa Fe Division of The Golden State Arms Corporation Reworked the weapon into a Jungle Carbine Model 1943 Standard. I,ve got a 25-303 rebuilt by Sprinter arms & have a Sportco 303-243
down with my Brother (I must get it back from him one day )
