Now whilst I'm sure there are any number of Barrel makers in the US that will be able to do you a Barrel for a #4
If you want a really good Barrel try 'Sprinter Arms ' 08 83887137 37 Church Street Hahndorf South Australia 5245 They not only do .303 Brit Barrels but they also still have the reamers for near every .303 wild cat ever produced Dave |

It's been a while since I ordered a barrel ,but I'd say between $400-$600 Auz ,but on saying that your getting a bloody good barrel ! They still use the Old method of cutting one groove at a time ! I've dealt with the company all my life & my Old man before me . They might be cheaper I don't know I might have to give em a call & find out ! Dave |

Dave, My father uses mainly Sprinter barrels unless client specify another brand.
I think they are cheaper than that but would not be sure myself, I know they are still the cheapest Australian barrels.

Yeah the last 2 barrels I got were medium weights for my .223 & that was about 2 yrs ago & they were around the $300 mark ! I have to order a couple of other calibres shortly & now I reckon that 'll last me out Dave |

Assume you want a non-standard aftermarket barrel on a sporterized Enfield (yeah, I know, blasphemy........), who in the 'states makes those?
