front sight

   HI all,
quick query, i need to move the front sight blade to the left, i know there is a special tool needed which i can get, but I have been told that I  will have to remove the wood/stock? can it be done by only removing the nose cap?
Its a 1916 MKIII BSA
any help appreciated

	You can use a brass drift and a SMALL hammer to gently tap the sight over.

	As Tony said a brass drift. Remove the Nosecap and support the foresight block, this is important as the block can become stretched and loose if it is tapped to hard. I have seen foresights with a bit of rust which take a bit of moving.
