In the US its "scrap metal, inert". I'm not sure of Canadian rules for export though.

I used to give all mine to Rhino..haven't had to do that in a while.
BTW..unless things have changed, we can import that brass under our licences. |

no...we can import it under our firearms licence (or @ least we COULD).
Little while back Rhino sent me a pack of new brass (500 methinks) & pills for my pard FRANK in Blighty.(He was coming here to hunt with me). Rhino sent them to Niagara Falls N.Y & I picked 'em up & brought 'em to Canada - legal-like. |
