Took some pics while re-inventorying the bits and pieces

Globe takes the smaller 15mm inserts

The sight that Mick gave me takes the 17 mm inserts, it’s an AG Parker sight. There is a guy selling reproduction inserts in the UK on eBay in both sizes, so I ordered a set.

It has a special front sight block band for the wider dovetail.  Is that also the case for the PH globe sight?

Had a Match Marker on an L39A1 I once owned and an FS22 on the 7.62 Conversion Regulated by Fulton

Match Marker was 17mm

FS22 was 15mm

Here is a pic of the dove tail on the globe

I store all of my inserts in one of these 7 day pill containers, slightly easier to find the one you want on a wet day!

I bought a full set of inserts for my 17mm matchmaker on the L39 from a company in the USA.
Lee Shaver Gunsmith
It was a few years ago now; but I think they were the same as the Anshutz inserts.

It's nice to be important, but it's more important to be nice!
