I'm reminded we have two national victories to celebrate within a week of each other over here in the old country; one of which has our annual Bisley historic shooting match named after one of them, The Trafalgar Meeting.
Tomorrow also celebrates St Crispin's Day and the victory over the French (again!) in 1415. To remind club members to enter the Trafalgar Meeting I bastardised the St Crispin day speech on our Facebook page. And gentlemen in England now a-bed Shall think themselves accursed they were not here, And hold their manhoods cheap whiles any speaks |
