It just means rounding up pricing so it benefits business. There was billions to be made so they did it. |

Oh, OK. So saving the American taxpayer $179 Million annually had nothing to do with the decision? By-the-way, have Canadian businesses been making massive profits since Canada stopped minting pennies in 2013?
