yes , the shortened width and lengthened height really does a number on my screen ,
 
 
that FAL bayo is for my belgian , but there were many versions for the FAL rifle over the years and throughout the miriad of user countries , here are a few from someone elses collection i stored for referance ,

We came across many Argy soldiers on the Falklands with the Folding Stock version. The slide though was clean... not like the one on your illustration.
This is MY rifle, there are many like, but this one... is MINE!

the bolt cover on my rifle is an ARMS scope mount i got from the fellow i bought it from but its not original with the rifle , i have the original cover as well , the rifle is a very comfortable one to shoot , this is one of a very small bunch of imports allowed into this country back in the late 60s ,
