Forgive my ignorance, but.........

How hard should it be to remove & insert a new blade bayonet into it's sheath?
Is there a "right" & "wrong" allignment, or something else I'm missing.

The reason I ash is I found a new condition bayonet & scabbard at the show today, and a different table had a frog. I thought about getting them just to compete the set.
However the dealer pulled the blade out to show me & it gets stuck solid about 1/3 of the way back in. If you reverse the scabbard it's a little better, but you need a LOT of force to get it back in.

Needs to be tight mate 1 you don't want it rattling on a dark night and 2 you don't want it dropping out somewhere in the undergrowth. It'll loosen up with use.

these are "new" versions of the no4 bayo - saw little use , are not worn or loose , i think thats fine , the frog is universal - cant go wrong on those and wont affect the scabord/bayo fit in any way , go for it
