	Always looking for military manuals, Dodge M37 items,books on Berlin Germany, old atlases ( before 1946) , military maps of Scotland. English and Canadian gun parts.

	It's worth getting one and see if it can be rehabbed, dontcha think? If it's just a bit of weld out on the end, it shouldn't be too awful hard to be out with the right tools.

	not certain how the system works in your country but here the rifles that the legions/VFWs have are 'on loan' from the government , still property of the service and not legally saleable , perhaps its differant there , good luck on your efforts , just getting them out in the daylight is a nice thing

	These rifles-as with any Legion thats uses them-are the property of the Legion Branch, & purchased through their own funds. In the case of U.S., I believe they use the Garand.It's dubbed:"America's Rifle". When I sold mine back to the U.S.Army, I was told that they are trying to recover as many as possible.(So I can see the logic there). Hoadie

	ahh , thats an interesting way to do it , over the years the legions/VFWs/AMVETS clubs ive had exposure to had M1917s , M1903s , M1s , and even the Krag M1896/M1898 in one
