Muzzle velocity and consistency.

We are limited to what sort of jacket you can use. I have now bought the US Marine Corp type shooting vest that has padded elbows and shoulder which is ok.  Unfortunately I did not have that for the competition and my elbows were really sore for the second series of shots, I think this played a part in the lower score for the second series, 85/100 first 10 then 69/100 second 10, being comfortable is really important for good shooting and I was wriggling for the last few!

Got it from Charlie Surplus in Chicago via the internet. It's new, but not sure if it's a copy but seems good, the only problem was the import duty charged at this end was more than cost of the vest! Looking forward to next years championship. I could not go to the National final even though my first shoot had qualified for entry. Which was a shame. But gives me a bit of time to get everything spot on for next year!
