I tested out my new Chronometer today, the little Garmin XERO C1. It’s similar to the Labradar but much much smaller. Very easy to use. Will also link to your smart phone.

Hands down the best Chrono I’ve ever used. You can now get used Magnetospeeds and Labradars really cheap because of this little chrono.

Just point it down range next to the rifle and shoot. Works on Doppler Radar principle.

This is the data for my 600 yard match load for the AR-15 Service Rifle.  80 grain MatchKing and 23.5 gr N140.  I chrono’ed two 10 shot groups and the mean velocities were within 4 fps of each other.

Stated accuracy is 0.1% of velocity.

That looks really sweet.

Looks simple and effective!
It's nice to be important, but it's more important to be nice!

It’s pricy though. If I was patient, I would have waited a few years for the price to drop.
