Saw this sectioned No.4 in the Dutch military armory for instruction. Would like to own thid one.

I've had a rather nice 11/44 dated No5 rifle for several years now and for the life of me I have not found a wartime made bayonet for it that was not a boat anchor in condition.

i never had the desire to own these but i see the interest , i have never had the opportunity to own one so that may explain my lack of interest , im not sure how these have been found or acquired but i do find them interesting and commend those that were so lucky as to come upon them and grab them up , 

i often think but seldom say , some things are so nice they belong in a museum , these fall in that category in my mind , yet i know how museums trat such things so ill say it differently , they deserve to be preserved forever , in whatever venue that might be ,
