Good day Gents
I have just gathered up the last bits to complete a Remington P14 rifle restoration. The main wood is a good fit with contact at the front (similar to no4)and also Remington. I am asking about hanguards and nose cap setup. Does anyone have reference to how they should be bedded for good accuracy? The final bits are still enroute so I can’t trial them yet. Jim

Last day before range. See if it will shoot.
.. very happy with how well the wood matched up. Stock has great cartouche, and cleaned up really well with most of the dents steaming out.
