This is a picture that was emailed to me.  The owner wanted me to post this picture for him.

"A pic of my 1942 BSA No4Mk1.

There is no FTR or FR marks on it and all parts appear to be matching including the mag."  per John.

Thanks for posting the pic for me Eric, it kinda resembles the one in the header pic. The trip to the range showed that this rifle shoots into an inch at 50 yards with old CIL 215 grain factory ammo.

Wow, it sounds and looks like a really nice rifle.  Are you gonna keep it as just a piece of history, or do you have plans to use it for hunting?

I plan to keep it all original and hunt with it on occasion. I have taken moose in British Columbia with my Jungle Carbine using the 215 grain bullets. I have taken deer with it also and moose have fallen to my 1916 BSA shhoting 180's and 215 grain bullets.
