I bought a repro leather 1905 sling for my 1903a3  It is to short to make the loop for one point shooting and it kept coming a part when I tried the hasty sling two point set up.  I not sure who makes it but I think I ordered it from the dreaded Sarco. Angry  The web 1943 is actually more correct for the rifle anyway.

I need to put the one I got when I was stationed in Germany, the Armorer cleaned out the arms room and came up to my room with a box of odd firearm stuff that he was throwing out...a 1903 leather sling was among the stuff !!!!
Guess it was left over and got left in the arms room when the Army stopped using the 1903 Springfield !!!

I second ASquare. I have several Turner Saddlery slings and they are fine quality. The last one I bought from them was extra long to suit my M1917. It pays to check what length you need before ordering. Highly recommended!

I had one of their "ching slings" delivery was slow as it was custom, but it was an excellent sling!
