My father picked these up today for a grand total of $250! Now he wants to know their value. Generally I know a bit about Enfields, but those made in India are out of my zone. The top is an 1918 III* with an absolutely beautiful barrel. The bottom is an 2A1. They both have all matching parts and have zero important marks. |

Its going to depend on things like date made & quality of bore, all matching, some matching, or not. Are they active Dewat or DP rifles? & so on.
Because of that the best I can do is guess a range. You did very, very well at that price though! I'd say from a high of $550 each plus another $100~150 for the bayonets, (They are collectable in their own right so date, matching numbers & maker will vary this). Low down to $250~300 for beat up & non matching. |

Very nice buy, T-B!Ishapore made some beautiful rifles, and if all matching you got two for the price of half of one at least!
Up here any "full wood" L-E seems to start at $500 and go up well past a Thousand. Tell him Congrats!

i think you got all you can without more close photos and even those might not help a lot in the ishapores as there are fewer with good info - mine is ancient at this point as all of mine were gone near 10 years ago ,
i agree with shamu on value - thus it was a good buy , the bayonets alone 'could' bring that , with the rifles it was a no brainer to be sure , if the bayos are RIA , NWR , GRI , they are indian but they may well be brit or aussie as the indians refurbed everyone else's after they got them ,
