A Sq:

I've always wanted to "smoke" a turkey..but getting it into those little papers seems time consuming & messy! Plus, it would take forever to get it done!

LOL!!!  My wife hates to cook so much that if I even mention grilling she is all for it !!!! Oh and dont let my kids start talking about cooking for us all !!! She will donate food for them to cook !!!!  It is nice though to have them all living on the property so I dont have to go far.....  One of the reasons that I want to get the Brew House completed , so we can have family gatherings there and I dont have to walk to far for my beer !!!

We're lucky The Mrs & I both like to cook, but we do different things. She's down home 'Murican & I like to make "weird furren stuff", like curries, tagines, & oriental. (Thai & Japanese).

I like "See - Food" (Anything I "See" is potential Food!!)
With 30 + years related to the food biz, & 3 types of BBQ on my back deck, there's always somethin "different" happening round here.
My friends say they come by to see what mystery is cooking today.

The Ship I just came back from working on "Turritella FPSO " cooks a lot of curry and odd stuff I dont normally see in other galleys here in the Gulf !!
The morning I was waiting on my helicopter flight in, they had some sort of chicken soup that was a little thicker than our traditional chicken soup !!  tasted OK though !
But I noticed a lot of curry dishes and other odd foods we dont normally eat ....  but then they have several different peoples on board !!!

We used to go to a restaurant in St Lucia called "The Still", they made a flying fish curry that was out of this world! Very mild so the fish flavor wasn't drowned by the curry.
We kidded the passengers that the skeet shooting at sea was hunting flying fish for the curry so they didn't eat it. Then the crew would have a big FF curry night!
