Well, this pole is attached to one of my back yard fence posts.

..& if I put up a "warning - electrified fence / pole" I would still be found guilty, because the judiciary would say that there was only one reason for it. Intentional malice / injury.

Well Sham..here in Canada the judiciary doesn't think like a normal person..
In the case of a shorted line to the pole, he would say: The defendant (me) should have had regular maintainace. He would have - or should have - known that lack of maintainance would lead to a dangerous situation.
It would appear that the defendant was negligent...

I know this..because my crippled brother kept having things stolen from his house. He got a dog, put up a sign: Beware of dog", the perp came round again, & the dog got him. He sued. He said he had put up the sign..so they said," so you KNEW the dog was vicious". My brother lost.

i keep forgetting we are international with different laws - i would say the fencer was to keep the dogs away here and in your case to keep the animals in - cannot controle the animals outside
