Liberal Fails Background Check

This is just to funny:

I wish the UK police were as quick to grant a permit, it's usually 6 months probationary period at a gun club then you can apply for a permit which can take up to 6 months unless you are a registered owner. Fastest turn around I have had was 3 days for a variation to purchase another enfield because the police know me as a responsible firearms owner.

I am an FFL dealer, and I asked once for a customer that was delayed and I did not get a response back, it was on the 27th day I called and asked, The Agent told me he could not tell me why the customer was delayed, That it was none of my business... and also told me what the customer needed to do to get an answer.... and that he would have to fill out another NICs form since at 30 days they dump the checks .  and he also asked me why I didnt let the customer take the pistol on the 5th day, so I told them it was the customer who wanted to wait until the FBI called back with an answer ... any how , the Customer didnt take his pistol he wanted !!  its still in my shop for sale !!

im of the opinion that our bureaucracy is fighting itself , ill be glad to add i have always gotten a "further delayed" because i have a very common name and was born in a different state than i now live in , im OK with that - it goes thru in a few minutes , ive always felt reassured that they check such things out and believed it was in the best interest of all , i may be mistaken ..................

To me the most revealing thing about these recent rashes of "Oopsies" is the sheer sheeple mentality of it all.
"Little Katie buys a gun so I should buy a gun after that other guy fired a gun"!
Can they not think independently at all?
