most all are inspection marks - none are worthy of note that i can see , looks like a snyder from what little can be seen but we need to see a lot more to be helpful .......as well as some overalls to determine how messed about with it might be

Not a Lee Enfield.  But, as A Square 10 said, from the little we can see, looks like it might be a Snider Enfield.  

The “25” stamp refers to the bore size, 25 balls to the pound of lead, .577 inch bore. These were initially conversions from the Pattern 1853 Rifled Musket.
