Greetings everyone! Just found this forum while googling information. The name is Warren. I have a 1917 No.1 MkIII SMLE that I am about to attempt a restoration on. I've had it several years and all I've done is look at it. It was stored several years open in the attic of the previous owner and the wood shows it. I hope to get it in shooting condition. I will upload some pics so you all can see where I'm starting from. Look forward to interacting here. You all seem like a great bunch from what I've read. Merry Christmas to all!
