   i have believed for a long time that our system needed revamping , but congress refuses to do it - instead they allowed what happened in the last admin forcing whats happening in this one , 
the other thing ive said for a long time is that government employees in any level need to be screened and be reviewed - their personal thinking needs to be left at the timeclock every day and they need to treat those they are working for [whoever is standing in front of them with respect and take care ot their needs efficiently and competence , 

i am so sorry for how you folks were treated in our system ,
