Okay now this is weird

Message Topic Search Topic Options Post Reply Create New Topic Printable Version Translate Topic

   Whenever I enable the parental controls on my computer it causes my web browser to crash when Ivisit this site.  Now when I disable them I have no problems what so ever.  Any thoughts guys? I'm drawng a blank.

	Check your settings may be set to disable Gun sites as well

	My guess would be that the parental controls are blocking the site due to it's content. One other thing to check is to make sure that when you enable the parental controls, it doesn't disable cookies. You need to have cookies enabled to use this forum. The version of this forum software that's about to be released supposedly doesn't need to have cookies enabled in order for you to post and visit. We'll see. I'll upgrade to it as soon it get's good reviews from other people using it. Eric

	The only thing is if this site was blocked the alert would come up that says 'This site is blocked please enter superviser password" It doesn;t do that instead a little window pops up that say "Internet Explorer has encountetred an error" then you click okay and it closes the browser window. It only does this when you open threads. I can visit the main page everything no problem. But the minute you open a thread it crashes. like UI say when i disable parental controls I have no problem. I'm thinking maybe I'll just leave them off for now. I don't have to worry about kids using this computer anyway.
