That is a very fine example of the No4 MkII* bayonet. Your bayonet is a two piece design with the spike being spot welded and crimped into the body.
The scabbard is the No4 Mk1 early version. The bayonet was used in conjunction with the No4Mk1 rifles. The photo supplied here shows a No4 MkII one piece designed version made by Canadian Arsenal with the No4 Mk1 scabbard and a belt frog...
